The Wisbrocks Go To Seaworld

For our 7th Anniversary we took the girls on a trip to San Antonio to go to Sea World (I know we are the last true romantics). We invaded Will and Tiffany's house and used them for the Sea World expertise. Annette and Carolyn both seemed to really enjoy the park, but not as much as they enjoyed hanging out with Braden and Myles. Annette followed around "that boy" or "Brian" (as she called Braden until she learned his name) like a little puppy dog. She slept in the bottom bunk of his bunk bed and got up when he got up and even tried to follow him into the bathroom once or twice. Braden was awesome with her and did a great job of sharing his house, room, and toys with her. I hope Annette can be as good as him when she is 6. We had a really good time with them, and will probably hit them up for their hospitality again in the fall since we have season passes.

Carolyn is not sure about things at the Sea Lion show.

The girls loved the sea lions.

Annette is entranced.

She liked the "big fat walrus" best.

Annette liked holding Braden's hand better than mine or Emily's.

The little splashpad at the Bay of Play was fun for the kids.

"Stomp that water, stomp that water"

Carolyn enjoyed the splashpad too.

Apparently it was a good place for Annette to strut too.

Then she wanted to go up to the climby thing.

Mommy and Carolyn waved at us.

Chillin' with Will and Myles.

Climbing with Myles.

Then it was time to ride the "Spinning Wheel" with Mommy.

They baked in the sun while the ride was loaded.

Waaay up high!!

Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

After a hard day of play it was time to relax in the Price's fort.

Day 2 of Sea World began with a family photo.

Immediately after this Carolyn lost her shoe.

Then we went to the dolphin show.

Let's get this thing started.

The dolphins were pretty cool.

They jumped and splashed and played.

After that we made our way to the Little Lagoon to play in the water.

Carolyn loved it.

She splashed and splashed.

Annette chilled and ate popcorn.

Mommy and her water bug.

Wheeeeee again!!!

They decided to chill out too.

After that we hoofed it all the way across the park to catch the Shamu show. We made it in 10 minutes, but arrived just in time to be told the show was full. Annette was sad.

She got over it when we saw the flamingos.

She loved the big pink birds.

We didn't have any change to buy duck food, so Annette was resourceful and picked up what others dropped.

She threw that to the duckies and flamingos.

Carolyn was just sleeping though.

With the next show not for two hours and the babies fading fast we went back to the Price's house to rest for a little. Braden and Annette went back to Sea World with their Mommies while Will and I stayed at the house with the babies.

Annette got hooked on popcorn on this trip.

Time to watch the show.

Theeeeere's Shamu!!

The whales say hi.

Annette did not appreciate being splashed.

She was scared for a little while.

Then it was flamingo time again.

This time they bought food to feed the ducks.

The ducks got really close.

Then it was back to the Bay of Play.

And play they did.

Where did he go?

There he is.

Annette jumped up and banged her head after this pic and said "Shamu hit me"

Aquarium time!!!

Tiffany even held her up to see better.

Annette really likes aquariums.
